All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our small boutique, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.
Exchanges & Store Credit We accept exchanges or store credit requests within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- Items are free from perfume, deodorant, or any stains
How to Request an Exchange Email us at taylor@birchlaneboutique.net within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide instructions from there.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Sale Items All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
